What is the Refund Policy period?
The Refund Policy period is 7 CALENDAR days.
The day of the purchase counts as day 1, while the last day to submit your Refund Request is the day number 7.
Refund request submitted after the 7-days period will not be processed.
What is covered by the Refund Policy?
The Refund Policy is applicable to NEW Software purchases only.
The following are NOT subject to the Refund Policy and Refund Requests involving these will not be accepted:
license renewals, be it automatic or manual;
license upgrades*.
Priority Support Services subscription and Services renewals.
We also reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who we believe acted in bad faith or have misused or Software and/or Services.
We may refund in certain cases like if the product is completely unusable. We strongly believe that our themes will work without any issues and we are available to help you with any kind of problems. The full money will be refunded if our team couldn’t help you to solve the issues. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problems. No refunds will be processed on themes bundle purchases.
All discounted purchases do not comply with the refund policy.
Refund request for problems created by third-party plugins, your hosting/database, plugins, or other software will be rejected.
No refunds will be processed if customers want new features that are not present in the theme.
The company reserves the right to modify the refund and cancellation policy without notice. We’re also entitled to refuse offering our services to any customer who breaches our terms.
