WPFable reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change, WPFable will notify you by posting an announcement on the WPFable website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at WPFable sole discretion. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Using our Services following notification of a material change to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the Agreement as modified.
Terms of Service
WPFable is providing this service on an “as is, as available” basis without representation or warranty of any kind. WPFable does not guarantee as to the continuous availability of the service or of any specific feature(s) of the service. WPFable will inform you of any significant changes to the service it may occasionally make.
Theme Licensing
WPFable is licensed under the GPL version 3 (click here to find out more about the GPL).
Refund Policy
We may refund in certain cases like if the product is completely unusable. We strongly believe that our themes will work without any issues and we are available to help you with any kind of problems. The full money will be refunded if our team couldn’t help you to solve the issues. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problems. You can contact us through support forum or email.
Support Services
We, at WPFable stand by our products and believe that they are the best possible solutions we deliver. However, if you come across any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a ticket at our support center and allow us to help you resolve your issue. Dedicated support is promised to only those who possess an active license. Free copies and expired licenses are not liable for free support. You will have to purchase a licensed copy or renew an expired license in order to be able to get help from our developers.
Software Updates
Updates are included for free based on purchased plan. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
Pricing
WPFable reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, support or any of our products with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change.
Warranty
WPFable makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the Services. WPFable does not represent or warrant that (a) the use of the Services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data, (b) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations (c) errors or defects will be corrected, or (d) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
We cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server.
